Mario started his career as an Apprentice Electrical Fitter/Mechanic in the power generation and distribution industry and then moved into field service and senior technical roles in the automated industrial equipment supply sector.
Mario then progressed into senior sales and management roles over the last 16 years where he gained leadership expertise through appointments as the National Sales and Operations Director and the Managing Director in a privately owned SME`s and the General Manager in a multinational corporate environment. Mario completed his Masters of Business Administration degree at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in 2010 formalising his extensive practical managerial experience.

Specialist design, sales / rental, installation, commissioning and after sales service of complex turn-key process solutions. Supply of industry specific management software and high speed fully automated production equipment imported from Europe, the U.S.A. and Asia.
Design, manufacture and installation of automated water treatment / reuse systems and material handling solutions. Electrical/mechanical equipment refurbishment including PLC control upgrades.
Design and project management of purpose designed facilities incorporating infrastructure and utilities; Electrical, gas, water, pneumatics, hydraulics, steam, ventilation, drainage, heat and water reclamation.
